Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

Project deposits (typically 40–50% of total project value) are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial planning, design and development effort.

2. Mid-Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, you will be billed for work completed to date. Any remaining balance from milestone payments will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Completed Work

Once a project milestone or final deliverable has been approved and paid for, that payment is non-refundable.

4. Subscription & Retainer Services

Monthly retainers (support, SEO, maintenance) can be cancelled anytime with 15 days' notice; the current billing cycle is non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@webloxic.com with your project or invoice number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
